We aim, to present the most recent, accurate and reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be instances of incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. We cannot guarantee that a photograph depicts the product exactly. Though we apologise for any inconvenience these errors may incur, we reserve the right to amend or update product information at any time, without prior notice. Stig Percy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on merchandise listed at the incorrect price.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail shortly after the receipt of your order.
Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon the dispatch of your order, we’ll send details containing your tracking number.
SHIPMENT & DELIVERIES
A shipment/delivery fee will be charged in addition to the order value. We offer trackable 3-5 day shipping and we ship worldwide.
Please note that any customs, tariffs, or additional taxes are not included with the shipment cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. These fees vary by country and are not the responsibility of Stig Percy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item on terms stated below. Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation within twelve days of your receipt of the item. Your order may be refunded conditioned that the terms stated herein are met in full. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. Stig Percy offers free exchange shipping within the EU.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a bank transfer. Please provide full bank information on the Return Authorization Slip. Please note that we do not refund return shipping charges.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods or if you are in the EU, use the free pre-payed postal slip attached to your delivery.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, and such default has been approved by us. A refund will be made within ten working days.
Stig Percy is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to an event of Force Majeure.
“Event of Force Majeure” means an event beyond the control of the Authority and the Operator, which prevents a Party from complying with any of its obligations under this Contract, including but not limited to:
1.1.1 act of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods);
1.1.2 war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, mobilisation, requisition, or embargo;
1.1.3 rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power, or civil war;
1.1.4 contamination by radio-activity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radio-active toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly;
1.1.5 riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder, unless solely restricted to employees of the Supplier or of his Subcontractors; or
1.1.6 acts or threats of terrorism.
Stig Percy does not assume neither responsibility for reimbursement nor compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Stig Percy´s sole discretion.
Please contact our customer care immediately the item shipped to you is proven not to be in accordance to our production terms. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.
SALES & REFUNDS
Items marked as ‘sale’ or purchased with discount vouchers are non-returnable and, thus not subject to any refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
